National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital (NICRH) is the only specialized government institute and tertiary level cancer hospital in Bangladesh. It was established in 1982 by the Government of Bangladesh. NICRH offers following courses: * MS in Surgical Oncology * MD in Radiation Oncology * MD in Medical Oncology ""Cancer Research Bangladesh (Cancer Research BD) "" is an international umbrella organisation providing cancer research & cancer information for the people of Bangladesh. The institute organised a conference in October 2014 to publicise the difficulties they faced in persuading women to seek early treatment for breast cancer because of embarrassment.
